Continuing Medical Education
Chair: Janith Mills, PA-C

Continuing Medical Education committee provides two CME conferences a year that are timely, cost effective and relevant.

Legislative Affairs
Chair: Matt Boutte, PA-C
Co-Chair:  James Delaney, PA-C

Legislative Affairs works toward improving and staying up-to-date with PA laws. They form relationships with key medical groups and legislators and obtain money for the legislative fund.

Chair: Sonali Weerasinghe, PA-C

The membership committee's tasks are to promote and retain memberships and coordinate an annual membership drive.

Student Affairs
Chair: Kaylin Sallee, PA-C

The Student Affairs Committee works as a liaison between the PA Programs and TAPA.  They support student activities and encourage professional involvement.

Multicultural Affairs/Mentorship
Chair: Leticia Bland, PA-C

This committee works to develop and implement activities and programs designed to increase and enhance member diversity with respect to race/ethnicity, gender, religion, etc. Also, develop and implement a mentorship program to promote and improve leadership skills in the workplace and in PA organizations.

Public Relations
Chair: Ryan English, PA-C
This committee works to develop, implement and maintain statewide and local public relations and programs to increase awareness and acceptance of the physician assistant profession both to the general public and other legislative and medical professions and maintain all social media.
