Registration Information

Your registration fee includes all breakfasts, lunches, breaks, lectures and access to the exhibit hall.  Registration badges will be required for admission to all events.  Advance registration for the meeting and all social events is required to guarantee attendance for sessions and social functions. 

Pre-Registration is closed. 

You will need to register on-site at the Westin Memorial City hotel beginning Thursday, February 7th.

Refund Policy

DEADLINE FOR REFUNDS IS JANUARY 21, 2019.
Refunds requested prior to January 21st must be submitted in writing to the TAPA office.  Requests can be submitted via email, fax, or mail, but must be received before or on January 21st.  All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee. No-shows and registrations cancelled during or after the meeting will not be refunded.  Special circumstances will be taken into consideration.
