Exhibit Pricing

Commercial Exhibit Booth - $1,500    
Commercial Exhibits are; pharmaceutical companies, EMR companies, Coding companies, Recruiters, etc.           

Allied Health Exhibit Booth - $500

Allied Health Exhibits are; state agencies and other non-profit entities (entities that will use the booth for recruitment purposes do not qualify)

Exhibit fee includes:
Booth Details: 8’ x 8’ booth, draped in back and on both sides: 7” x 44” ID sign with name and booth, 6’ skirted table and 2 folding chairs.

Carpet, other chairs, electrical outlets, etc, are available on a rental basis from Freeman Decorating. (Full Exhibitor Regulations available upon request or at after December 15, 2017)

Meeting Information

The Annual meeting is a day and a half exhibit event with approximately 500+ Physician Attendants in attendance from across Texas.
